This month was pretty much a bust real estate investing-wise due to some family crises, so I hope I can get back into the game in March.
I have heard some buzz that the real estate market is picking up a (little) bit here in Massachusetts. I know I still see a lot of houses on the market for months and months, but I have also seen a lot of “sale pending” signs around, including one today. I would think that because prices are so low, lots of first time buyers are jumping into the market. Makes sense, especially with these low interest rates.
I need to get back on the horse and wholesale some properties since there are still tons and tons of deals out there, even if the market here is improving slightly.
